I consider myself to be a highly respected Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a whole range of skill sets.
I have over 25 years’ experience working predominantly with clients from older age groups, from 40's onward. I use a comprehensive approach to mobility disciplines, everyday functioning, injury prevention and resistance training.

People always ask me what it takes to be a good Personal Trainer/ Strength & Conditioning Coach?
What's paramount for me is the motivational aspect, enabling my clients to do their best in every session. This is fundamentally where the results come from.
Also to become the best coach I can, I need to continually develop my knowledge in as many areas as possible. If you want to have a broad understanding of how the body works and its relationship to the mind, then my advice is to keep learning and pay attention to detail.
Whilst I aim to be well versed in as many areas in this field as I can, I feel that the primary focus should always be on Strength.
Physical strength has to be one of the most significant things in all our lives. Believe it or ignore it at your peril. Our physical Strength is paramount and can determine the quality and the quantity of the second half of all of our lives.
Finally, as a Coach I enjoy developing sound relationships with others and consider an enthusiastic health focused outlook to be key in providing the full level of support to my clients, when and where they require it.
