I consider myself to be a highly respected Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a whole range of skill sets.


I have over 25 years’ experience working predominantly with clients from older age groups, from 40's onward. I use a comprehensive approach to mobility disciplines, everyday functioning, injury prevention and resistance training.

People always ask me what it takes to be a good Personal Trainer/ Strength & Conditioning Coach?

What's paramount for me is the motivational aspect, enabling my clients to do their best in every session. This is fundamentally where the results come from.

Also to become the best coach I can, I need to continually develop my knowledge in as many areas as possible. If you want to have a broad understanding of how the body works and its relationship to the mind, then my advice is to keep learning and pay attention to detail.


Whilst I aim to be well versed in as many areas in this field as I can, I feel that the primary focus should always be on Strength.

Physical strength has to be one of the most significant things in all our lives. Believe it or ignore it at your peril. Our physical Strength is paramount and can determine the quality and the quantity of the second half of all of our lives.

Finally, as a Coach I enjoy developing sound relationships with others and consider an enthusiastic health focused outlook to be key in providing the full level of support to my clients, when and where they require it.

Have known Glenn for over 40 years and i can honestly say there is no better Personal trainer out there,he has probalbly forgot more than some of them know. Glenn was a training partner with myself for about 5 years in the gym ,and my results were incredible.Grest motivator,and as i have sais already a great friend. He also coached my daughter with her fitness,when she was an international athlete representing England at world and commonwealth level. I cannot praise him enough

He's a great trainer, very people person as well which is a good motivator to have when pushing yourself. I have been training with him since Sept 2021and have been getting fitter and improving myself over time. I'm quite a skinny guy and approached him cause I wanted to know how to bulk out and approach a more athletic build. He put me on the right programme and knows what I'm capable of. Definitely recommend him for you really want to improve yourself.
